Drawing upon more than 25 years of youth development experience, the founders and lead trainers behind Irtiqa have supported thousands of young people through impactful programmes delivered across the UK and internationally. Their work has helped young people build confidence, strengthen wellbeing, develop leadership capabilities and acquire the future-ready skills needed to succeed in an ever-changing world.

This experience has been gained through partnerships with schools, universities, charitable trusts and foundations, private sector organisations, CSR initiatives, local authorities, government agencies and community organisations.
